Dukan Basics Recipes

Dukan pancake



Ingredients :

* Oat Bran, 1 tbsp
* Wheat bran, 2 tbsp
* Milk, nonfat, 6 tbsp  (or one tbsp of yoghurt)
* Egg, fresh, 1 large (or just white egg to avoid the cholesterol)
* Splenda Suga,r 0.5 tsp ( for a sweet version)
* Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp ( or cinnamon or herbs or spices depending on the version you want ! be creative !)


Directions :

Beat the eggs, then mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Take a non-stick pan and cook the pancake 2-3 minutes each side.

Dukan Crèpe :



Ingredients :
* Milk, nonfat, 1 tbsp
* Dry Milk powder , unsweetened and nonfat, 1 tbsp
* Egg, fresh, 1 large
* Splenda Suga,r 0.5 tsp ( for a sweet version)
* Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp

Mix all ingredients and cook in a frying pan 1 minute each side, like a French Crèpe !

Make it a salty version, with eggs, or ham or turkey :
