Turkey breast with leek and cheese
Ingredients
- turkey breasts
- 2 large leeks
- Half a sausage
- 1 onions
- 4 min Babybel Light cheese bites
- spices (oragano, garlic powder, basil)
Instructions
Chop up the leeks into a bowl. Spread tin foil over a baking tray and sprinkle it with spices.Put the turkey pieces in and cover them with some more spice.
Throw the leek over the meat and cover up everything with the foil – you might want to punch a few holes with a knife so it is not sealed tight. Put the baking tray into the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. In the mean time frie up the onion and sausage.
After 30 minutes open the foil and put the fried onion and sausage on top.
Without sealing the foil put it back into the over for about 20 minutes. In the meantime you can slice the cheese bites into thin slices.
Once the 20 minutes is up turn the meat up-side down and lay out the cheese. Put back into the over for about 15 minutes on a grill setting.
Enjoy!
Notes:
- I use Polish sausages for this kind of frying – the standard English stuff has very different texture
- for an even less fatty option omit the sausage altogether – I like it for the extra flavour it gives though it’s not 100% diet friendly
- cheese is optional too (I used a low fat option here)

Chicken Breast with Cream Cheese and Garlic
Good for the protain phase this dish is fairly quick and easy to prepare.
Stuff the chicken with 1 or 2 spoons of cream cheese.
Spread tin foil on a baking tray and dust the middle with garlic spice. Next put the chicken on the spice and add some more garlic on top as well as some oregano.
Cover the meat with the tin foil to create a bag and put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 150C. Afterwards open the foil and let it brown for another 10-15 minutes at 180C.

Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- 1-2 spoons of cream cheese (like Philladelphia extra light)
- Garlic spice
- Oregano
Instructions
Cut a pocket in the breast – you can either do it from the side or from the top. The side cut does tend to leak more cheese and you need thicker chicken breast for it to work better.Stuff the chicken with 1 or 2 spoons of cream cheese.
